Job description :
Vecmocon is seeking a creative and versatile Product Designer responsible for various B2B and B2C digital products, ranging from dashboards to websites to mobile applications. This role requires you to work through each phase of design, from identifying user pain points to working with developers to realize the product. The candidate should have a great sense of aesthetics with a passion for solving complex design problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, visuals, flow diagrams, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate and test ideas effectively.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather user feedback. Iterate designs based on test results and stakeholder inputs.
- Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Create design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and design system components. Maintain consistency and coherence across digital platforms.
Key Skills:
- A bachelor's/master’s degree in interaction design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related design discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a similar role.
- A portfolio that reflects strong UX thinking and clean, accessible interface design.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma and a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Quick to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
