Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer and EV swapping station sites for installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Perform regular inspection and maintenance of EV swapping stations, batteries, chargers, and related equipment.
- Identify and resolve basic electrical, wiring, charging, battery, and equipment-related issues.
- Attend customer/service complaints and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of EV equipment at client locations.
- Replace faulty components, connectors, wiring, fuses, and other parts as required.
- Maintain service reports, issue details, spare-part usage, and site visit records.
- Coordinate with the Team Lead for major or repeated technical issues.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and PPE requirements at all times.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate/ relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in EV, electrical, electronics, automotive, service, or field support.
- Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems.
- Comfortable with field work and frequent travel to client/swapping station locations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
