About Vecmocon
Vecmocon Technologies is an IIT Delhi-incubated deep-tech company developing intelligent EV solutions, including Battery Management Systems (BMS), Chargers, Vehicle Intelligence Modules, and IoT-enabled products. We are looking for a Production Intern to support our manufacturing operations and gain hands-on experience in the EV industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform ERP transactions related to production activities.
- Update and maintain production data accurately in the ERP system.
- Assist in daily production planning and production reporting.
- Support production documentation, records, and process tracking.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Quality teams for smooth execution of manufacturing activities.
- Maintain production logs, work orders, and manufacturing records.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry for production and inventory transactions.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production MIS reports.
- Support inventory reconciliation and production-related documentation.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain data accuracy.
- Perform other production support activities assigned by the Production team.
Eligibility
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics, or related disciplines).
- Freshers or final-year students looking for industry exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or production processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
