About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Intern to support our Store and Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate should have strong Advanced Microsoft Excel skills along with a basic understanding of supply chain and inventory management. This role involves maintaining MIS reports, analyzing inventory data, and supporting day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for store operations.
- Analyze inventory, stock movement, material consumption, and stock ageing reports.
- Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, and stock transfer transactions.
- Perform data reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel.
- Generate insights to support inventory planning and operational decision-making.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining inventory documentation and reporting.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong Excel skills and knowledge of supply chain concepts are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar) is an added advantage.
