Job Summary
The Store Executive is responsible for managing warehouse and inventory operations across warehouses, service locations. The role includes GRN, Delivery Challan (DC), inventory reconciliation, physical verification, ERP transactions, reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory across warehouses, service locations, swap stations, and EMS partners.
  • Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) after verification of materials.
  • Prepare and maintain Delivery Challans (DC) for RM & FG.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in Odoo or Mi Cloud systems.
  • Identify and standardise part codes.
  • Prepare and analyse GRN vs Dispatch reports including direct vendor-to-EMS supplies.
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
  • Identify shortages, excess stock, ageing inventory, and damaged materials.
  • Monitor swap station inventory and ensure replenishment.
  • Manage service issuance, consumption records, and stock movement.
  • Resolve inventory disputes with EMS partners.
  • Conduct monthly physical verification.
  • Prepare inventory, shortage reports.
  • Follow warehouse SOPs and inventory control processes.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in stores, warehouse, inventory, or logistics.
