Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics.
- 1–2 years of experience in battery testing or power electronics testing.
- Strong knowledge of Li-ion chemistries (LFP, NMC) and safety mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience with PCAN tools, CAN/RS485 communication protocols.
- Proficiency in using multimeters, DSOs, and other lab equipment.
- Understanding of MOSFETs, diodes, and circuit-level testing.
- Ability to perform RCA and DVP validation.
- Good documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
